VoIP-Info undergoes a transformation

The wiki was down this afternoon when I logged in. It has just come back up and is looking fantastic!

The graphics have all changed, and while they're still light, they're a huge improvement over the previous layout.

Great changes! Now we just need people to keep going through and updating all the pages for Asterisk 1.4 and 1.6

There is no way to say how important I think this work is. It really makes a huge difference to Asterisk and the ability to use it in an enterprise environment. Really great work.
