Zaptel 1.4: Install ncurses to use the menu interface

Share on Twitter Digg this story Click to view a printable version Tue, 10 Oct 2006 07:53:41 -0300

If you tried to compile and set up zaptel before installing ncurses you might get a problem.

Basically, running make clean will not remove the configure options in the subdirectory menuconfig, so even if you do a make clean and configure again, it will still tell you:

Install ncurses to use the menu interface!

What you need to do is use "make distclean".

This will also clean out the subdirectory and allow it to work.
